Applications for the “Make a Promise for the Future” Scholarship Program, launched by Sabancı University to support successful students with limited financial means in accessing quality higher education, have opened for 2026. Applications will continue until June 30, 2026.
Inspired by the promises young people make to solve problems for a stronger future and a better world, the “Make a Promise for the Future” Scholarship Program aims to support successful students in benefiting from the educational opportunities offered by Sabancı University. Within the scope of the program, students receive tuition fee exemption, free accommodation in dormitories, and monthly cash support for 9 months each academic year to cover expenses such as food, transportation, and textbooks.
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates applying to the “Promise to the Future” Scholarship Program must meet the following conditions:
- Ranking within the top 10,000 in the YKS (University Entrance Examination) rankings,
- Being evaluated in the SAY (Numerical) score type for the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences,
- Being evaluated in the EA (Equal Weight) score type for the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences,
- Being evaluated in the EA (Equal Weight) score type for Sabancı Business School,
- Being a high school senior or taking a gap year to prepare for university,
- Being a Turkish citizen,
- Having limited financial resources,
- Not having received any disciplinary penalties during secondary education.
